Brad has always had a heart for construction, especially new homes. He recalls, “When my brothers would watch Saturday morning cartoons I was watching Bob Vila - I’ve had a passion for construction from a young age!”.

Brad has been in the construction industry since 2005 working for a national builder and started Tilyou Homes in 2021. With a background in construction, marketing, sales and procurement, Brad has a superb understanding of all facets in the construction industry.

When not at one of his projects, you can find Brad wrestling around the house with his 3 young boys, spending time with his beautiful wife Molly, and just enjoying life!

On average, the construction process can take anywhere from six months to a year or more. Our team will provide a more accurate timeline based on your specific project.

While it's best to finalize the design before construction begins, we understand that changes may arise. Depending on the stage of construction, some modifications can be accommodated, while others may require additional time and cost. Our team will work closely with you to discuss any desired changes and provide guidance on their feasibility.
